HOW TO COMPARE THESE DEALS
When you are looking at these ready-now homes, don't just look at the price tag. Look at the "Whole Package."
- Check the APR: A low interest rate is great, but always ask for the APR to see the true cost of the loan.
- Ask about "Flex Cash": Can you use it for upgrades, or just closing costs?
