WHY NEW CONSTRUCTION IS THE SMART MOVE RIGHT NOW

I get asked all the time: "Nicole, why should I buy new when there are older homes available?"

First off, let's talk about Incentives. Builders have inventory they need to move, and that means they are often willing to "buy down" your interest rate. Imagine the market rate is 7%, but your builder offers a deal where your rate is 5% for the first year. That is a massive monthly saving!
